What is your why?

I want to tell you today why I did Smart Success. It was my failure; I believe on my end. Today I am going to speak to you about my personal why. I want you to think about what is your personal why? What drives you? Why did I do my course?
I don’t need to make money off of you all. I am only working two days a week, my staff can do it all. I only work because I love what I do. I love to figure out things. I only see new patients. When you have an impact on certain people you think you are just going to lock arms and do things all together. But it doesn’t always work like that and that is where I started to understand they urgency of coin. It makes people do things they don’t always want to do.
My why is, how many people have to do things they don’t want to do because of the finances?
How many others are like the people that reach out to me on my social media pages telling me they are doing something because of the money? That bothers me. I understand that I have a skill set that no one else has. How many PT’S do you know that really love their job, good at what they do, understand insurance, understand marketing in 2016? They understand people and spend so much time in personal development and have become a leader? How many PT’s, do you know that know this? How many embrace technology and use it as I do? I can tell PT’s that whatever you want in this career is limitless, but I am not giving it out for free. If you don’t pay, then you don’t pay attention. If you are willing to spend six figures on your career to get a bunch of crap, then you better be willing to spend $500.00 to get me to fill in the gaps you didn’t get in Physical Therapy school. Through the 16 years I have been doing this over and over of the constant success that I have had, you better be willing to pay $500.00. I am not going to waste my time on people that are not going to invest in themselves. This morning my first student within five minutes I had someone purchases my course.
This is someone who wants it. I am willing to spend a few hours with them at no charge because they want it. They are willing to invest in themselves. This is the type of person I want to deal with. I don’t want to waste my time. I have four kids, a wife, a company that is looking for my endorsement. I have no time for nonsense. I have to get people to invest in themselves before I am willing to invest in them. This is why I understand that social media Is the best way to do it because of your reach. There are certain things I do for free like this, but if you want me to invest in you personally then you are going to have to invest. This is the reason why I did the course. If you are willing to think of other ways to improve your income, then I want to help you. I know you can make even more money than you can even dream of because I have done it. This is my why. This is what is pushing me to stay up doing this course. I don’t know any PT that would be willing to share what they know and give the information I gave in the course.
Who is willing to give away everything they know?
PT is a very poverty minded mindset. They are always in competition battling for the 7% of the community that those what Physical therapist do. I am trying to hit the 93%, that is my pot. I am a good business person and a great PT. I have just learned that I have to build up others. If I am that good then shouldn’t I bring on more people to my tribe, my clinic, my community? Then I have to give out the information.
It is the crab mentality. I am delving into some tough areas, but I don’t care. My why is that I want people to know that there are other things out there. I know that most PT’s won’t do what I have put out there. They will go their entire career crying and complaining and blame their school, the institution, and government. Most people would rather complain. It is just easier to say I am a victim of the situation. They do not want to help themselves. This allows them to be lazy with a lack of resourcefulness. I have no interest in talking to them. As a PT that wants to work and put themselves out there then you have met the right person. I will tell you exactly how to do it, but it is going to take a little work. If enough of us do it, then the PT profession will be viewed as it is overseas. The way the community views me with a Bachelors in PT. If you DPT’S knew how to use what you have, you would dominate.
